she woke early this morning
green thoughts flowing through her veins
This small poem came into my consciousness as I was waking up this morning. I was surprised and heartened, given my state of mind late yesterday when I wrote Intimidation. Something came through my spirit as I slept and wiped the slate clean for today. An ordinary day made extraordinary by this gift and the stunning image that later came up on my screen saver.

They always are. I had a few very bizarre dreams last night, could have been borderline nightmarish, but I could see the lesson in it and upon waking, it was like Wow, now I know…..very cool gifts and blessings each day and night😊💕

Yes, gifts. Even when they’re not so beautiful. It’s awesome how our brains work things over and straighten things out when we’re sleeping. Better then doing it when we’re awake, I say! 🙂

That picture has an oriental look about it; Chinese perhaps? Seems to illustrate what you wrote quite well 🙂

Thank you kindly. Yes, it’s oriental–taken in Japan. ☂️

No, I don’t see any links except the dippy dippy egg post which I read. I know it’s a bit of a bother, but I’d love to have the other links too if you would send them again. Thanks for asking about them! I’m glad you did. 🙂

It’s way below freezing this morning. Good day to make a pot of stew and turn up the music. 🎵

We are in the throes of the biggest heat wave in Sydney. EVER! And we still have a month to go. At the moment its 10.30 am and the temperature is at 32 C.=89.6F heading for 38 C 104 F. and we’re near the coast where it’s considerably cooler. In land not to far they are getting over 42 C = 107.6, one town got to 47 C = 116.6F

Sounds like Death Valley temperatures! I didn’t get to your posts today, but will indeed get there. It turned into giant errand day–plus a little writing for tomorrow. Which it already is where you are, I do believe!
