Stern pretentious words
Proclaim Our America First–
Not Yours!
Bold singing and dancing
Brilliantly costumed adults and children
Delectable Mexican food
Proclaim ‘Happy Cinco de Mayo!’
Against all odds now, as then.
To live the truth of freedom
Is more powerful than a thousand strokes
Of a cold executive pen
Thank you for inspiring us
To live freely, boldly and with flair
In the midst of dull predictable chaos

Telling the Truth 
HI, Elouise, Love reading your writings even if I don’t comment much. I was admitted to the hospital Friday night with blood clots in my lungs and was discharged Tuesday evening. Am on blood thinners and visiting nurses come in. Not having as much trouble breathing as I was having but people think it is awful. They should have seen me Friday night. I am getting better. Hope you are doing well. Don’t give up the faith. Love, Anne

Dear Anne, I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having a health problem. Blood clots on lungs aren’t fun. I’ve never had that happen to me, but know someone who did. The pain can be excruciating. I’m praying your situation will resolve itself. If you check out my recent post, “I don’t know where to begin,” you’ll see what’s happening with me. Cancer’s had 2 goes at getting me and my doc thinks there’s a chance it’s coming back for a 3rd strike. Results on Thursday were not the best,

Brian, I don’t like the sound of this at all. I haven’t been out and about much at all this week. Our daughter and her husband arrived midweek fora long-anticipated visit. I’ve put you on my must-visit list for this weekend. 😊

Happy belated cinco de mayo E. I had to work so didn’t get in my usual celebrations with an ice cold cervesa…..most likely spelled it wrong….long day at work but the pups ear is shrinking down a bit so I’m in 7th Heaven. Feeling much less stressed…..a good thing indeed💜🕉☮ peace and love, K

Hey E,
a fun filled day with lunch out with the girls. Chi dog is doing so much better with the meds she’s on, went to a drum circle on the beach last night and sipped wine as the sun fell into the sea. Glorious days indeed. Hope all is well ❤ peace and love to you and L and a beautiful Sunday to you too.
