Meg, Thanks for your question. I’ve added some info and a link to the post. It’s Dale Chihuly, one of several blown glass exhibits featured by the Fine Arts Center. See the post for a link to more information, including several videos. I don’t think these tulip blossoms are lighted from the inside. Though they may well be.
